Manufacturing
The Process
We will work from client-originated drawings or from those produced in-house. Once approved, these are given to our pipefitters, who then check and prefabricate the pipework.
Prefabricated pipe spools are then handed over to our welders for completion. To ensure quality control, every weld is individually documented on the drawing with welder identification. The spools are then tested to the client’s specification which include NDT or full x-ray, where required.
Once passed, the pipework is checked by our quality assurance team, to ensure all works are in accordance with specified tolerances and client requirements.
The manufactured sections are then loaded onto transport and delivered to site, or prepared for collection.
Module Fabrication
Suitable for a range of commercial buildings and run outs on floors, including pipe insulation, if required.

Stainless Steel Fabrication
Ideal for process and manufacturing plants or medical and pharmaceutical installations, we can produce all sizes of stainless steel fabricated pipe, crafted to the required standard class I / class II TIG welding and in accordance with the highest BS EN coding and classification.
We can also provide NDT (ultrasonic testing, dye penetration and / or hydro testing at our Sussex factory), weld mapping and weld tagging for fabricated stainless steel pipework projects.
Carbon Steel Fabrication
Suitable for commercial, industrial and residential buildings, processing and manufacturing plants.
Our carbon steel fabricated pipe can be produced from the smallest through to the largest pipe sizes – to Class I and Class II for both TIG and MMA welding.
Our procedure tests are in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614-1:2004 (Class I) and our welders are dual coded to BS EN 287-1 2004 (Class I) and ASME IX, certified by the British Engineering Services (BES).
We can also provide you NDT (ultrasonic, magnetic particle inspection (mpi) and / or hydro testing at our Sussex factory), weld mapping and weld tagging for your fabricated carbon steel pipework.
